Know your single

• Small single: 75 x 190 cm (2ft 6in), designed for narrow spaces.
• Single: 90 x 190 cm (3ft), the standard UK size.
• European single: typically 90 x 200 cm, a little longer for taller sleepers.

Check your frame length carefully. A European single will not fit a standard UK single frame, and the reverse is also true.

Choosing for the person, not just the bed
